Roster Commitment

Notice: When you decline your offered rosters spot, please know that we will then move on and offer the 1st alternate that roster spot.

And  more importantly, please note that we respectfully ask that you are SURE you plan to play with UB Big Dogs for this next season.  By doing so, know that we are letting go other players that want to play.  If you have any questions or concerns prior to completing this form, do not hesitate to ask.
