UB Hit A Thon Fundraiser

What: Spring Fundraiser

Who: All UB Spring Players

When: Friday 4/5/24 @ 6-8pm

Where: UB Home Field

Rules:

Every player will get 30 pitches for this event. Coaches will determine the points to be awarded for each pitch.

4pts - Hard line drive

3pts - Long lazy fly or hard on ground

2pts - Any other contact

1pt - Just for being there for that pitch.

So that means, Maximum of 120 pts and minimum of 30 points.

Also, players will have a chance for BONUS points if their ball ends movement in 1 of 3 hoops that will be placed in the outfield.

Awards:

INDIVIDUAL: players will be able to earn awards for the most points.

2nd place - 1 free baseball private lesson with Coach James

1st place - 1 free Wood Bat

TEAM: Team that raises the most money

1st place - Pizza Party during hitting practice Friday 4/12

Fundraising Funds Allocation:

30 % = will go directly to the player's family for travel cost for our Oklahoma Tournament.
30 % = will go into our Scholarship Fund that we use for players that need financial contribution for their tuition fees.
40% = will go into our End-of-Season Celebration event. We are working hard to put together a great event this year, so all funds raised will off set costs to save money that may be due from the families, like food cost etc...
